HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
-In stock items ship within 1-2 business from the date of order.
-Shipping time for "Made to Order" items varies. Most take 2-3 weeks from date of order but review the listing for estimated times.
-Allow 2-3 business days via USPS Priority for domestic orders and 6-15 business days for international orders.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail Domestic and International. We ship to the contingent United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand only. We currently do not ship to any other international location at this time. No exceptions.
International customers are responsible for all customs charges. Check with your local postal facilities for an estimate on customs charges prior to ordering item(s).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Shopping online can be daunting especially in the case of choosing your wedding accessories. So, if you have any concerns/questions please feel free to make any inquiries before you place an order. We want all of our brides to be happy with their purchase, so we offer the opportunity to exchange your item. Please review the following policy if you wish to make an exchange.
-Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
-Item must be authorized and have an RA# for proper credit.
-Item must be unworn/undamaged.
-Item must be returned in a box and not a bag or envelope.
-Item must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
-Customized items are not exchangeable/refundable.
-Allow up to 10 days for us to take care of your exchange once the returned item is received.
HOW TO AUTHORIZE A RETURN:
We only require that we are contacted via Etsy or e-mail prior to making a return item of an unworn and undamaged item within 5 days of receipt of your delivery. You will be assigned an RA# for the return to authorize the return.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE?
Items returned that are customized, items with signs of wear, damage, and/or items that are unauthorized returns will be ineligible for the credit. We do photograph all items in detail prior to packaging to ensure the condition of item(s) prior to shipment. Any item purposely damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
In the uncommon event that an item arrives damaged prior to receipt of the item, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately and we will exchange your item as soon as possible.
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of order placement.
We are happy to fulfill custom orders. If you have a good picture of what you are wanting, send us your request along with a good picture via e-mail and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities, length of time required, and pricing.
